House Rules
Dear holiday guests,
Our holiday apartment/Our holiday house should be a second home for you. You should feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of effort into furnishing it and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended as a guide for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules which we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment properly, you help us to continue offering you and other guests satisfactory accommodation in the future.
General
If you miss anything in the furnishings or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All items located in the holiday apartment/ in the holiday house or on the balcony or terrace, or belonging to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please treat the entire furnishing and inventory with care and handle the rental property properly. Please make sure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rental conditions. Visits in the apartments and at the pool are not permitted for non-guests.
Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care. Since a dirty kitchen is unpleasant for everyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery back in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots or other hot items on the tables or the worktop without using a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base when cutting. Please leave the stove and the microwave in a clean condition.
Damages
No one intentionally damages things, but it can happen to anyone that something gets broken. We would appreciate it if you inform us about the damage so that we do not first discover it after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Ventilation
To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least once a day with shock ventilation for 5–10 minutes, especially after showering.
Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and family members also comply with the rental conditions. The entrance door to the holiday apartments must generally remain closed in order to keep unwanted guests such as burglars or animals away. When leaving the house, the door must always be locked with the key. All windows of the apartments must also be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid damage from storms or burglary. In addition, the individual apartment doors should always be locked.Please switch off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment. Water and electricity resources should be used carefully.
Waste disposal
Waste must be separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Please use trash bags in the waste bins and cosmetic bins in the bathroom and dispose of them closed in the residual waste bin. No waste, food leftovers, harmful liquids or similar substances may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins or shower! Avoid everything that can lead to blockages of the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).
Cleaning
If an accident happens (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.), we ask you to remove it immediately. Please leave the holiday apartment swept clean upon departure and put all used dishes back clean into the cupboards.
Internet/WLAN
A wireless internet connection (WLAN) is available free of charge in the holiday apartment/holiday house. Please ask us for the access code. The use of the internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.) via the WLAN connection is free of charge for the tenant. You use the internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the tenant's use of the internet.
Smokers
Smoking is not allowed in the holiday apartment or in the holiday house. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony or on the terrace at the stone oven grill. Cigarette remains may only be extinguished completely in the ashtray. Dispose of the completely cooled remains afterwards in the garbage bin. In this way you help to prevent forest fires and contribute to the safety of all guests as well as to the protection of nature.
Pets
Bringing pets is not permitted.
Parking
Each apartment has a parking space directly in front of the house. Upon request, another car may possibly be parked at the neighbor's property for a fee. Please note: We assume no liability for damage to vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property. This includes, for example, dents caused by a ball from the pool, splashes of chlorinated water on the car or similar damage. The provision of the parking space does not constitute a safekeeping contract. The landlord is only liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Right of entry
In exceptional cases it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the holiday apartment or the holiday house without prior notice. This may be the case in particular for: immediately necessary repairs that cannot wait for a later appointment safety or emergency situations such as burst water pipes, gas leaks, fire alarms or other acute dangers to persons or property running devices (water, heating, air conditioning or other technical systems) while the apartment is empty, in order to prevent damage to the apartment or the inventory Access will only take place in order to ensure the safety of the guests and the integrity of the holiday apartment / holiday house.
Pool rules
Please observe the notices on the pool board so that all guests can use the swimming pool safely and comfortably. So that all guests can enjoy the peace, we ask for a considerate noise level. Children may only use the pool when accompanied by an adult. Unsupervised swimming is not permitted. For the protection of all guests and the glass areas: Please do not climb on the pool edge or on the glass panel. Drinking water in plastic reusable bottles may be used at the pool. You are welcome to consume food and drinks at the guest table next to the stone oven grill. Eating at the pool is not permitted. Smoking is not allowed in the pool area. Our pool is exclusively intended for our house guests. Guests from other accommodations are asked for their understanding. Pets are not allowed. Please shower thoroughly before swimming, especially after using sunscreen, in order to ensure clear water, a healthy PH value and a pleasant bathing experience for everyone. please observe the pool opening hours: 8:00 – 22:00. Please do not take electronic devices into the water. The use of the pool is at your own responsibility.
Keys
Please never hand over the keys to anyone. Loss of keys must be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest/guests.
Arrival and departure
Arrival takes place by arrangement, usually between 14:00 and 22:00. On the day of departure, we kindly ask our guests to vacate the holiday apartment or the holiday house by 10:00 at the latest so that we can prepare the accommodation in time for the next guests. Please leave the holiday apartment or the holiday house tidy and in order so that we can carry out a thorough cleaning as usual and prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
By booking the holiday apartment, we assume that the house rules are accepted.
