Long before the first holiday apartments were built, their house was a place for gatherings. Family, friends, and acquaintances were always welcome, and there was much laughter, conversation, and time spent together. As sociable, down-to-earth people and passionate hosts, Mate and Filomena always knew how to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere where everyone immediately felt at home.

Her deep connection to this place, to nature, to the sea and to the people of the region has shaped her from the very beginning.

From these many wonderful encounters eventually arose the idea of expanding their private home and creating holiday apartments. True to the motto: Do what you do best. For Mate and Filomena, this meant sharing their natural hospitality with others.
